Pinagbuyutan Island
About Pinagbuyutan Island, Palawan, Philippines
Pinagbuyutan Island is a favorite among tourists visiting El Nido, Philippines, and is one of the most beautiful spots in the Palawan archipelago. This breathtaking attraction is only accessible by taking one of the local island-hopping boat tours. It has incredible geologic features boasting dramatic towering cliffs that shoot straight up from the sea and are topped off with lush jungle vegetation. The island is home to several stretches of stunning white sand beach and a small cottage that is home to the caretakers of the island.
Once your boat tour lands on the island you will have the chance to walk around the part of the island called Ipil Beach, which is quite spectacular, and the water surrounding it is a perfect turquoise blue. If you’re into snorkeling then this would be the perfect opportunity as there are some excellent reefs to explore just offshore.

More El Nido Tours
When visiting El Nido you must find the time to do at least one or two island-hopping excursions. With that, you should consider doing every boat tour, if you can make that a possibility. Palawan is unarguably one of the most beautiful places on earth and you may never be there again, so you might as well make it worth the trip to this remote corner of the world. You may even want to try your hand at bartering with locals for a private tour, which may be a more budget-friendly option. But if you're not the bartering type, then I suggest sticking with pre-bookings.
Keep in mind that all tours include BBQ lunch, as well as tea or coffee. Tour-goers can bring their own food and alcoholic beverages if they like. Some of the stops on the tours include beach huts where you can buy drinks and snacks.
