About Casa Rio Waterfront Park
Casa Rio Waterfront Park features a nice piece of waterfront greenspace on a hillside that gently slopes down to the water where there is a marvelous white sand beach. There are 3 picnic tables in the park, two of them are directly on the beach and one is at the top of the hill conveniently placed right next to the playground so that parents can watch their kids while they play on the equipment.
The park is truly beautiful and provides visitors with great views overlooking the lake and is the perfect place to spend the day having a family picnic. The water is crystal clear and the sand is very fine making it the ideal spot for doing some swimming, kayaking, or SUP paddleboarding on lovely Okanagan Lake.
