With merchandise occupying 52,000 square feet, Ron Jon Surf Shop is perhaps the most popular attraction in Cocoa Beach. The Ron Jon Surf Shop is a must-visit and is the largest of its kind in the world and has a massive selection of surf, skate, swim, and beach essentials. Home to the Florida Surf Museum, where surfers can see historical timelines of surfing around the world. Open 24 hours a day this massive 2-acre compound offers more surf gear than one could imagine.
Kennedy Space Center
The John F. Kennedy Space Center was constructed in the year 1962 by NASA and is situated near the Cape Canaveral Air Forces Station. The center is most well-known for the Apollo Program which was run in the 1970s and made popular by the moon landings and cinema. While checking out the Visitor Complex one can view spacecraft memorabilia, take tours of the spaceport, and see the United States Astronaut Hall of Fame.
